SORTING AND PACKAGING OF BOBBINS
Robot grabs bobbins
1. The robot grabs bobbins from the modul frame and moves bobbins on the disk at the waiting position on the conveyor line.
Bobbins Wrapping
2. Bobbin on the disk are transported by roller conveyors to the wrapping machine to complete the wrapping process.
Bobbins palletizing
3. Robot for pallets and bottom separators puts separator board on the pallet, and moves the pallet to the waiting position on the conveyor line.
4. Palletizing robot picks up the bobbins waiting to be stacked on the conveyor line and places them on the pallet, robot for pallets and bottom separators places separator boards layer by layer and completes the stacking process according to the required number of layers.
Shuttle transports pallet
5. Bobbins on the pallet are moved by the conveyors to the shuttle, then shuttle transports pallet to the packing area.
Adding cardboard, labeling, wrapping
6. Cardboard machine takes out the cardboad from the storage area and places it on top of the bobbins on the pallet.
7. Strapping machine packs the bobbins and pallet together.
8. Labeling machine prints the information label of the bobbins and attaches it to the side of the cardboard.
9. Wrapping machine wraps sheeting around the bobbins and pallet.
Bobbins warehousing
10. Labeling machine applies information stickers to the surface of the bobbins package, the packaging process is completed.
